Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This position is integral to ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to the team. The successful candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing calendars.
  • Handling correspondence, composing letters, and managing email communications.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed and supporting other departments as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Additional Details:

Salary: $23 - $26 per hour
